JobWise has been partnering with Vocational Rehabilitation Services for over 14 years assisting people with disabilities find meaningful competitive employment in the community.

Our goal is to find the right fit for the job seekers interest and skills. Jobwise is committed to our clients and working with them to find long-term employment success.

JobWise can assist in the following:

  • Applying for jobs

  • Meeting with employers

  • Creating resumes

  • Preparing for interviews

  • Helping with orientation

  • On-site job coaching

  • Ability to coordinate with ECF CHOICES

How Does It Work?

We will assist in pairing qualified job seekers with employers ready to hire and looking to fulfill their specific needs by:

  • Helping identify employers needs and matching them with our job seekers that have the skills to meet their specific needs

  • Providing hands on training and instructive materials to assist in learning a new job

  • Assist with the interviewing, pre-screening, and hiring process

  • Making available all possible resources to implement job accommodations if needed

  • Following up with managers and job seeker on a regular basis to ensure that the job match is still a successful one
